Marks

I have a cast iron fry pan with ridges in it to make nice bbq marks on steak.
I thought it wouldn't be that great to actually use as I love bbq'd steak.
Wow! was I wrong!!
This steak was amazing!!
So was the salad that went with it.

Still I would rather bbq than fry...
