Friday fun

Up and out to collect Cat for her (January) birthday present, a trip to Sarah Ravens garden. Cat handily lives next door to Will’s school so he got a lift, I swapped Will for Cat and we set off. We ended up a bit chatty chatty in deepest East Sussex which meant I missed a turning without noticing but it all worked out fine. Walk round the wonderful garden planning our lottery wins then lunch. It was a very narrow demographic of which we were bang in the middle of white, 50+ ladies. We saw actual real life Sarah in the shop which made us a little star struck, I bought a plant and seeds which I already own then we came home where once again it was a circuitous route.

Then tennis and gp on the telly and one of those prime swims of the year (Friday afternoon, sunny, warm sea, nicely wavey, top friends).

Lovely week off, I have lots more time off planned in the coming months - all with actual plans. This week of v little has been v welcome.
