The wonderful 11 mile walking route around seven green spaces in the Southside is now on the Walkhighlands website. Whoever did the narrative has done a great job.
My only activity today was gentle yoga this morning which was somewhat thought provoking. We were asked to commit to 3 affirmations along the lines of May my thoughts be of benefit to all beings, May my intentions be of benefit to all beings, may my actions be of benefit to all beings. It had not occurred to me that thoughts came into this category, and if they do I fall short frequently if not all the time.
Yesterday we had a discussion about deep fried mars bars, a tiny bite of this delicacy is delish. I have just made some now, they are the size of croutons and utterly moreish.
