Learning in Leicester

Had an extremely interesting day with Jadu today looking at our end to end customer experience. I got lost a bit around Sugar CRM V6.7 but soon caught up again somewhere around the mention of the mothership.

The potential to empower change through technology has always been clear to me but the significance of our citizens' role in the process was a real focus today. Some excellent best of breed models already in existence in Scotland and the UK.

The inspiring, creative and stylish space that Jadu inhabit was wonderful, as were the cakes!
