Another photo from a walk at lunch time.
A day where I have felt unsettled, annoyed, agitated, sad, teary. Don't know how much more I can take of this.
The last two days I have just wanted to sleep and have had loads, going to bed early.
Now at nearly midnight I am wide awake and looking for things to do.
