Rain, Sleet and Snow

What a miserable day it has been, with rain, sleet and snow.  +3C.  I got the washing done this morning, but I don't think it will dry today.  I fed the birds dripping, banana, and bird seed.  Now that the snow has melted, the birds are busy searching for worms.  They are always busy.   This photo is taken from my deck.  The snow has now melted, but it is still cold. 

Have put on the DVD 'Pride and Prejudice'.  I lovely time filler for such a dreary afternoon.  At least the ski fields will be happy, there will be plenty of snow to ski on.
