The last leg home!

Laura was off to work as usual this morning. Roger had a quick to Menards hardware store to see if he could get something for Laura to hang her kayak on in her garage, but the were out of stock of what he was looking for. So then we set off on the last leg of our journey. The nice thing about driving in this part of the country is there’s not much traffic. The route would normally take us through the outskirts of Chicago, but because of an accident, Google had us go further west, which whilst a bit longer, was a much nicer drive. Once again the weather was kind to us, and we arrived home around 7.30 or 8 pm. My blip was taken at our lunch stop in southern Wisconsin, at a Culver’s - a Wisconsin hamburger chain, but also known for their frozen custard (ice cream). We ate inside as it was so hot, but their patio area was quite attractive.
