So our drain field for our septic system has failed, and now we have to repair it. I have bought cars for far less. We found out the original system was installed incorrectly, way back in 1973, as in illegally, so now it’s on us to correct it. No recourse on those who probably installed it, as they are long dead. Oh, the joys of home ownership in the country.
