10 Ikea packages and a Mini Cooper

...well that ain't happening.
We arrived in Birmingham at Toria's new house at 9:30am. I'd understood she wanted one storage unit and one chest of drawers. No problem. I got it wrong she wanted two of each. On top of that each item came in two packages plus she needed some kitchen drawers. Ten packages in all. 
The solution I came to was four in the mini and the other six for delivery by a courier for £30. It takes 60-80 minutes return journey across Birmingham.
After a bite to eat I put together a large Kallax unit and a set of tall Malm drawers. Tom and Toria went to her old house to collect some pots and do a final room clean. The old house has been very mouldy and I'm so pleased she's moved out.
We had fish and chips (Tom had a vegan Pukka pie) before driving 3.5 hours up the M6. We were home by 10 in the daylight. I had a quick shower remade the bed and zzzzzzzzz. 
(I only remade it because Will had been in it and tested positive for covid this morning, 2nd time he's had it).
