Jaws of defeat

Rainy and windy day and trying to corral a big householdwas a bit of a challenge. We decided to go and have lunch in Tobermory, get some provisions and eat at Cafe Fish. Stopping at Glen Gorm in quite heavy rain we raced down to the standing stones whilst B/C fed Ivy in the coffee shop.  We then went into Tobermory but Cafe Fish has stopped serving lunches as they can’t get the staff (thanks Brexit) so we went to the Pier cafe and ate hearty meals of fish and chips or in my case fish finger sandwiches.  It was all very plentiful with hand cut chips.  B bought Irn Bru and we made Alexis from LA have a drink of it…how we laughed. 

Charlotte came down for dinner and I made smoked mackerel pate and venison stew. Both turned out well.  

Of course GRIPPED by the news with every new resignation pinging through..what can he be thinking!?
