Wide Insect

The optional theme today was "Animal or insect". When I use my wide lens I can't get a proper picture of an insect (and most animals are either hiding or kept inside by their owners).
But I remembered a fish-eye conversion lens for my mobile and gave that a try. Many bees on our drumsticks, but 5cm is just too close :)
Anyway, this is the best I could get. Need some more practising, I guess.

PS: no additional egg today. The blackbird was mostly in her nest, and I could only once have a look, in the morning, and saw just 4 eggs.
