Rougher today - nausea, upset stomach, temp up and down, lying down, getting up, bad idea, lying down again.

Supermarket delivery came, well organised with instructions for those self isolating, and the man was very friendly from a distance but after about a minute of his chat I was wilting. I realised I couldn’t be bothered to cook so luckily still had some nettle soup left in the freezer.
