Means of eggscape!

Been a bit of a rush tonight - finished work earlier than normal to do the banking, got stuck in traffic so ended up nearly running through town to get to two banks, then back to the car to get to school for a meeting about Lottie's impending overnight stay next week. It sounds great fun, and the teachers are great and she will love it - but I did find myself getting very tearful at the thought of her going away with school :-(

Perhaps it's just as well it's hubby's day to take her to school!!

Anyway got home, had a quick tea and got madam in bed then started to think about a blip. Was mooching round when I remembered these. They are a novelty present that my dad gave me years ago, and have been sitting in the box ever since until the other day when I decided to open it and see just exactly what was inside. The box did say campervan eggs but I thought they would be some plastic cups ideal for using on a camping trip. I was delighted when I found out they were literally campervan eggcups!!

We don't eat many boiled eggs but straight away I decided they would make a good blip at some point, so here you go!! One of them even has my initials as it's registration plate.

With everything that is going on at the moment I would love to be able to pack one up and drive off for a few weeks, just stopping when and where we pleased. A few years ago it would never have appealed but just lately.....where would I go??
