d.I.y dessert

I went to an informal WI lunch today. I met several people I used to know well, and it was good to catch up with them, as well as new people on the scene. We met in a hall the other side of Guildford.
For refreshments we had a choice of chilled soups, followed by d.I.y Eton Mess. Strawberries, raspberries, kiwi fruit, blueberries, meringues, cream, marshmallows and sprinkles, a tasty selection, all to be piled on our dishes as we wished.
