I have ventured out today, but no great distance, just a short wander about the village to find a few bits of fruit and veg. I expect I shall venture further soon enough, but it's been overcast and I still have plenty to catch up with having had no internet in Bedford, so today I have told the council that I am now a resident of their borough and perhaps they might like me to pay them some council tax.
I have also been watching Boris squirm at PMQs and been unsurprised to see Mr Gove lining up at the coconut shy.
Separately I have learned that my current choice of journal name has a rather distasteful checkered past which I knew nothing about.
