The busy bee

Back home again this afternoon, and a chance to recharge my batteries.  It is great to go away with the lads, but too much of a good think can be very tiring, if you know what I mean.

In the garden the honey bees are busily working on the lavender.  The colour palette of the bee against the lavender and green very satisfying - it definitely says "mid-summer" to me.
