Pink Bubbles.....!!!

And potted up.....These red gooseberries make the most beautiful ‘pink’ bubbles when it’s cooking up and the nicest ‘red’ jam......the yield isn’t great although the 5 pots are big enough...I will be ‘selective’ in who this jam goes to....but I have a few friends who just love Gooseberry Jam so I know they’ll definitely enjoy it....!
My elderly neighbor has just left me some empty jars and one of them is an Irish made Gosseberry & Elderflower Jam ..as you can see a ‘small’ pot of 225grams..with the price tag of €4.95 euros..that’s I realize now about £5.50p...imagine..???
I think I must be mad ....I should be out there selling....!!!!!

Blipping yesterday’s late again as we had a very exciting day...receiving our new car.....I think I mentioned in a Blip awhile ago that we’d made a very ‘large’ purchase which we would get in July...so yesterday was the day....we’ve gone to ‘1’ car as neither of us do that much driving anymore...!
I will miss my wee ‘Micra’...called ‘mike’...and this is a big car but to make it easier for me hubby bought ‘automatic ‘ And it is a dream to drive...!
