It’s been a day

We all went to Pascoe, with the aim of having an early lunch all together, then K and kids heading home while the rest of us wrote our eulogies.
BUT…
Something very wacky happened to our car on the way over. Initial loud thump, and a repetitive thumping sound every time we changed speed or went round a corner. It’s driving, but doesn’t sound good. J had to borrow Joey’s car to get the kids home. They were already leaving later than planned, and then with the big car seat swap etc, it was later still.
Didn’t get much written.
Called it quits for the day, and went home and ordered pizza instead.
