St.Michael’s Church, Blackford

I pass this church often on bike rides and wondered about its history. Parts of it are twelfth century and I think I might do a single picture of the doorway as it’s a wonderful example of Norman architecture. I had a quick peak inside and it was simple and peaceful with a wagon roof . Strange to think these buildings have seen so much over the centuries. What would the worshippers of the past make of todays political 
shenanigans, I wonder ?
