New Quay

Another day stopping off at lots of places in Pembrokeshire for a wander. Quick stops at Porthgain, Strumble Head and Fishguard. Walked on the coast path at Newport Parrog. Came across a very interesting reconstruction of an Iron Age settlement with informative staff on hand to explain.
Set up camp in almost deserted camp site near Cardigan. Went to New Quay for a walk and caught a few glimpses of dolphins.
As there was nowhere obvious to eat, we just had the food we brought with us at the campsite
