Council mace .

Went to a talk this evening about the regalia of the borough Mayor . Although there is no Kettering Borough Council , any more we now come under North Northamptonshire District Council , and no longer have a Mayor or regalia ie Mace ,Chain of Office , Or Mayoral Gown . It is called progress .
