Down in the filth

I always thought the space under the floorboards was called a crawl space, in Julia and Tom's house it would be better described as a wriggle space.... definitely not somewhere for those suffering from claustrophobia. But having been down it seems that theres no rot problem, even though it's damp from bad ventilation.
