Canalside flora

While #volunteering as #aqueductranger today I also spotted a wide range of amazing plants and flowers growing alongside the canal and in some of the wilder areas.
Self-seal, red and white clover, red and white Campion, Herb Robert, Meadowsweet, teasels, feverfew, rambling roses.
and much more not photographed.

The blip photo is from adjoining gardens to the canal. It's a rambling rose and every spray of blooms has a mixture of white, pink and yellow flowers and is absolutely stunning.
