Tuesday

Woke up feeling rather groggy this morning as I had taken some diazepam last night. 
The plan was for my friend to take me along to the psych centre to collect my prescription then have a wander down at Silverknowes. It was blowing a gale and not warm so we didn't hang around.  I was only out the house about an hour.

Back home and I've been on the sofa watching some documentaries on things that are in my head at the moment. 

Something happened down at the harbour early this morning and I have to say I am rather envious.
