Young Thrush

Managed to work out what might be causing the sciatica. So some deep stretching of the Piriformis and massaging with a roller. This seems to have helped the symptoms. 

This young Thrush was hopping along the path ahead of Jet and I on our pre lunch walk. It finally decided to hop through the hedge and disappeared from view. 

The leak in the car air conditioning is proving hard to trace. A dye has now been put in the system to try and trace it. Hopefully it will be resolved before the next heat wave arrives.
