It is White Wagtail- Västäräkki have a closer look

We Finns have old saying "Västäräkistä vähäsen" . Try to say it aloud ;D
It refers to the fact that there is no long-time until summer is here.

 Most of Finland's White Wagtail population spend their winters in the eastern part of the Mediterranean. They arrive back here by mid-May. This year I saw first in last weekend. Fall migration is from August and continues until October.

These birds are very pretty , happy and quick. They are commonly like :D
