Boathouse Stairway

This is the stairway to the Ashley Terrace Boathouse: left-side handrail now properly fitted, and right-side railings re-positioned/re-painted ...

... but this current [& only] access-route  is still obviously very restricting; and rectifying that significant challenge is definitely part of longer-term aspirations for the wider site :-)
