Village Life - and Remembering

A big outing today with four different modes of transport, including a little country train at the end and quite a lot of walking. I like to put flowers on a loved-one's grave on their day of birth. 

It's so hot that cut flowers don't last long at all outside, so I bought a  heart-shaped ivy plant in a little pot with a small plant of a flowering pink succulent.
