One week

Spent the morning putting the photos together into a PowerPoint. Had to go get E early from childcare again, as he was febrile AGAIN. Felt pretty guilty about this, although he was actually fine (apart from a bit of a lingering cough) this morning and yesterday. My theory is that he, A and J all have the flu (and that me being vaccinated is the reason I’m not sick too).

Beautiful obituary for S today, with parts written by different friends/colleagues, and a photo of him conducting an interview and looking just so happy. This bit really got me, “I’ve missed his company a lot in these past two pandemic-affected years, but I miss him more now.”
