Manchester Parmo

My slight obsession with a certain Teesside band has led me to discover the Middlesbrough/Stockton delicacy that is the Parmo. So imagine my joy when I learned that SoLIta Grill in the Northern Quarter had introduced it as a special on their menu!

I am fully aware that this is not a proper Parmo - too small, too expensive, not in a pizza box, and what's with the meatballs?! But blimey, it was tasty...
