Demolition begins

Demolition began in earnest today, exposing the unexpected disaster of next door's wall. 

I also discover that I have been maligning the back addition of my house. I assured the builders that if enough of us leant on it it would simply crumble, but there are actually some quite solid bricks here, nothing like as friable as I was expecting. Some will be reusable.
