1st day as professional gardener

Today was a fantastic day - my first day working as college gardener at St Hilda's College, joining a wonderful team and enjoying the fabulous riverside location.

It's such a privilege to work there, the start of a great adventure! I got a lot of weeding done - bindweed had better watch out with my track record!

I stopped by the plot on my way home to do a bit of watering and harvest courgettes and lettuce.
