A day to work

Made the most of S being at my mums today by doing some work at the big house and catching up on volunteer work that I hadn’t found the time for. Picked a few courgettes and red onions to cook with pasta for dinner. Mum dropped S back home and we waited around for a phone-call that didn’t arrive, annoying.
Today S finally had an appointment come through today to see a paediatric specialist, something we’ve been waiting for and worrying about since April. Hopefully next week’s appointment will put our minds at rest.
