Rose.

This rose is in our front garden. It's being strangled by some kind of vine and I nearly chopped it right back the other day, but I noticed so many little buds waiting to open, so thought better of it. I'm glad I left it as it is rather pretty. I will try and replant it as it's in a pathway - Will Google how to do it.

J rang the Doctors first thing (8AM) He made 19 attempts before he joined the queue! Anyway, an appointment was made to see a nurse, he wasn't too confident as the nurse he was speaking to asked him if he was still coughing! .... Now, I was in the shower and could hear him coughing as he talked to her!

The nurse he saw was very thorough, he has a temperature so that was a good indicator that he has an infection which didn't clear with the first lot of antibiotics. Bloods were  taken,  and an X-ray booked.

Our worry now is that Jodie and her husband have covid, and I was with them on Saturday when they were fit and well. Could our luck of avoiding it be about to run out? I hope not as J needs to get better, he's had this horrendous cough for 5 weeks now. I took him to the doctors and it's totally wiped him out for the day.

Got the second coat of oil on the garden room, and scraped most of the thunder flies away from yesterday.
