Victoria sponge

I was at something of a loose end this morning so decided to make a cake. I always like to have some in the freezer so I cut it into quarters and kept one quarter out for this week. There were just four of us at the art group this afternoon and so I put some more touches to the painting I have been working on. I think it is almost finished now.
