Cakes'n conifers

110mm rain from 7.00 yesterday to 7.00 today. Still persistent, tho' lighter, so some more peering at conifer specimens and baking a coconut cake seemed the right sort of activity. The recipe is from an old Whakatane church cookbook that has many tried and true recipes dating from longer ago than I care to remember!
