Machiatto

We have had a lovely evening visiting friends who plied us with copious quantities of food cooked at the table on a hot plate - a bit like a fondue but flat and very little oil. Meet Machiatto, their beautiful cat, hiding under a chair. 
Earlier, I'd had a successful lunch and shopping trip with Daughter no.2.  So a great day all round but no preparation done for holiday - we leave on Thursday!
