Brothers

A rare trip to Calderstones Park today with my dad and his brother, my Uncle D.  The park is looking lovely although we didn't get very far...

"They're" doing some refurb across the site including around the main house which now houses a museum about the park, and a rather splendid ice cream parlour.   I haven't noticed these gates before  but possibly they're not new.  I like the liver birds.
