Purple Pig
Pork in black currant sauce. The sauce was made from black currants, given to us by the neighbours.
I cooked some pineapple & ginger jam (extra) and pickled spring onions, also from the neighbours' garden.
Wine: 2021 Sangiovese Primitivo from Giordano
