Reward

Up early - I was trained on Brownie/Cub camp by a very experienced Akela to be up and dressed before the kids. The only time I ever get up early. It also meant I got a head start on cooking breakfast while all was quiet!

The morning was spent taking down everything we put up yesterday. I don’t like one night camps for this one reason!!

Youngsters all returned to their relevant adults so we were home (via McDonald’s) by 3. Then the unpacking/airing/washing. Happy days.

Now on the gin and watching Friday Night Dinner with Smallest!
