almost gone

Not the best of photos, but it's dark in there and I didn't want to disturb the fledglings any more than I had to. The parents have been flying in and out all day with insect food and the babies are almost ready to leave the nest.. I've seen one of them actually perched on the edge of it.

Sarah and I saw a kingfisher on our walk today, which was very exciting, but not close enough to photograph.
