Cheeese...

...at the Courtyard Dairy today...

Roy was gifted a day of cheesemaking for his birthday, so I joined him to learn all about cheese under Andy's expert tuition!

A great day both in theory and practise, and a lovely lunch was provided too. I'll leave you to guess what was on the menu...

We can collect our soft cheese tomorrow before we head home, and our "Cheddar" will be sent to us in about 3 months.
