Missy & I had an early morning walk as I was heading out to church and then lunch with an old friend from Christchurch days, but who lives here. Church was fascinating, with 5 people who have strong connections with our church, but from different countries, told the stories of their faith and how it has affected their lives. So different and yet all powerful. It was very moving.

Lunch with Lynley was very special. She’s not been in her wonderful new house for very long but has made it a home already. There are views from every window. I took a pic from the kitchen window and will put it in Extras. It’s jawdropping!

As for lunch, Lynley had gone to no end of trouble to serve me up food that fitted in with a low Histamine diet. It was amazing! And so very kind of her.
