had a early start this morning (5.15am) wanted to see the sunrise. It was magnificent. The colours and tones in the sky were breath taking. It was glorious, no one down on the beach but me. Saw the sun slowly begin to peek up over Flamborough Head as she seductively made her presence. A couple of Cormorants flew in to rest and dry out their wings on the wave breakers, I managed to get in to take some shots which were rather pleasing.
Settled back down to watch the sun rise a little further and finished off my coffee I had taken down with me. I decided to stay and do my meditation right there on the sea edge, no one around to give me any queer looks and 30minutes later felt even more contented and serene. Husband was walking the dogs up on the cliffs so he came down to meet me on the beach, I had a wonderful greeting from my dogs who even after a short separation act as though they havent seen you in months.

A wonderful start to my day. Happy blipping.
