Silly spot

Spent the morning at daughters, two hours just me and baby while daughter caught up on some sleep. Then took Ruby for a walk. Thought I would return via the canal path and look for the swans, I didn’t need to look far as they were actually on the grass next to the main road.really busy road and they were snoozing. Only two cygnets, not three.
The guys turned up just after nine and worked until five and will be back next Saturday, they were very good and tidy and put the two heavy pieces of furniture back for us. We will contact the company again on Monday as no return of calls. Two of the windows are finished but the large one is no where near done, but at least they didn’t board it up. Not happy with the company as they have not provided the service stated, and to have the job half done and then left a week is unacceptable and I will be telling them when they get round to returning my calls.
Took Hetty for a walk and got wet, but then sun came out and we were dry by the time we got home.
Feeling frustrated with the company but happy with the two guys that came today.
