Visiting friends in the wine country

Pictured is my friend Todd, who with his husband, David, rented a luxurious Airbnb in Sonoma County. They invited us to come up and join them on the last day and night of their 3-day stay, so here we are. It is very beautiful and very peaceful, and feels far away from America’s woes — though of course one can’t really escape permanently.
