Backblip.

My giant poppies lost their purple petals in a breeze but the seed heads are formidable in themselves I believe! :) 

Last minute decision to go out for the evening to meet friends at an open air concert in Cambridge. Don't know if it's global warming or light pollution but the sky wasn't as dark at 10pm as previous years for the firework display - they were still good, and especially good that there were a few silent ones too, but you just don't get the full effect.
