Mystery Building on Browgate Baildon

I've noticed this building before as I have driven up Browgate into Baildon Village. It is a residential property now but I have a feeling it hasn't always been so. It has a round window at the top with 1886 on it and some other writing but I can't read it from the road.

Do any of my West Yorkshire blippers know what this building is called and what it once was please?
