Three years without a fag

I smoked from the age of 14 to 33 fairly consistently then I gave up for 15 years then I became an occasional smoker, someone who smokes on holidays and weekends away et cetera but after Glastonbury 2019 I had smoked so much that I decided I would give up, go me!
