Cramond

Afternoon outing to Cramond : no 41 bus to the village. Walked out a little way towards the island. The tide was coming in so we didn't go far. Along the broad promenade by the water (there's one patch of sand, but most of the water edge is piled up with rocks as sea defense) past the College, then inland on the cycle path. A no 37 bus part of the way back, while it was raining.

Morning swim; a buddleia in extra. Buddleia is everywhere here at the moment - the purple flowered variety grows anywhere it can get a hold. including on roof gutters and any untended corner.
